House construction in Guyana

A home planned around your land and priorities.

Build with a defined design, a clear construction scope and practical attention to cost, timing and site conditions. Eco-SMART combines civil engineering leadership with residential construction delivery.

Choose a starting point, then confirm the fit.

Our current home range includes two-, three- and four-bedroom options, with single-storey and two-storey layouts. A model gives you a useful starting point for discussing size, room arrangement and an indicative construction budget.

The final proposal is adapted to your site and agreed requirements. Lot dimensions, access, ground conditions, drainage, utilities, finishes and requested design changes are reviewed before the scope and price are confirmed.

What the agreed service can cover

  • Site review and design coordination
  • Drawings, specifications and cost planning
  • Construction programme and procurement planning
  • Building construction and stage inspections
  • Progress information and agreed handover requirements

The written proposal and contract define which services, approvals, materials, finishes and external works are included.

From enquiry to an agreed construction plan.

1. Discuss your brief

Tell us where you plan to build, your preferred model or room requirements, your budget range and target timing. Let us know whether the land and financing are already in place.

2. Review the site and scope

We identify the information needed for a practical proposal, including a survey, existing drawings or site details where available. Any site assessment or further design work is agreed with you.

3. Confirm the proposal

Review the construction scope, specifications, exclusions, programme and payment stages before proceeding. Changes to the brief are assessed for their cost and timing implications.

Building in Guyana or planning from overseas?

We welcome enquiries across Guyana’s ten regions, subject to site access and project review. If you live overseas, an initial email or call can establish the brief and the information needed from your representative or site.

Ask how drawings, programme milestones, cost information and progress reports can be organised for the proposed assignment. Reporting requirements should be agreed before construction begins.
