A planned addition to our construction business

Eco-SMART is preparing to expand into concrete block manufacturing for Bartica and surrounding communities. The planned operation would complement our civil engineering and construction services by adding a local source of building materials. The project is in development: production has not yet started, and a launch date has not been announced.

Our planned initial range

The initial range is planned to include 3-inch, 4-inch and 6-inch concrete blocks. Product dimensions, specifications, availability and prices will be communicated when confirmed. Later expansion may include 8-inch blocks and pavers. These future products are part of the development plan and are not currently being offered for sale.

Planning supply around practical needs

For a contractor or homeowner, ordering blocks involves more than selecting a size. Quantity, programme, access, unloading and storage all affect how a supply arrangement should be planned. As we prepare for launch, we want to understand the requirements of customers building in Bartica and nearby communities. Early enquiries will help inform that planning.

The purpose is to understand potential demand and provide relevant updates as the project advances. Confirmed supply terms will be provided separately when the operation is ready to accept orders.

The suitability of a block depends on the project’s design and specified requirements; nominal thickness alone does not establish structural suitability. Customers should follow their project drawings and professional advice. Product information will be made available as the range is finalized so that purchasing decisions can be based on confirmed details.

What we will announce before sales begin

Future updates will cover confirmed product specifications, ordering arrangements, collection or delivery options and the start of commercial production. We will distinguish planned milestones from completed ones. Until those details are confirmed, the website will continue to identify the block operation as coming soon.
